UBA, a flagship program of MHRD, Govt. of India, was launched to promote development of rural areas in tune with Gandhian vision of self-sufficient ‘villagerepublics’ based on local resources.The mission of UBA is to enable higher educational institutions to work with the people of rural India in identifying development challenges and evolving appropriate solutions for accelerating sustainable growth. Baselius College too participates in UBA so as to bring about transformational change in villages.
